Last week we delivered a one-day location shoot with a fantastic crew — the kind of day that reminds you how much difference strong prep and the right team makes.
We built the setup around six Sony FX9s, giving us the flexibility to move quickly while maintaining a consistent look across the board. A carefully selected range of lenses allowed us to adapt to each setup without slowing momentum, whether we were working wide, tight, or somewhere in between.
On the audio side, we used 416s for ambient capture, ensuring we gathered clean, detailed atmos to support the visuals and give the edit plenty to work with.
It was a full-on day with a lot to achieve, but everything ran smoothly thanks to proper planning, clear communication, and a crew who know how to execute under pressure. When camera, sound and production are all pulling in the same direction, it shows in the final result.
