This weekend was a great example of what live production is all about at OX — fast turnarounds, multiple locations, technical precision, and a huge team effort from everyone involved behind the scenes.
We kicked things off on Friday with production coverage for the Wardley v Dubois weigh-in. With a full multi-camera setup in place, the team captured every face-off, reaction, and moment of anticipation ahead of a huge night of boxing.
Saturday then shifted focus to football, with two National League fixtures delivered remotely from separate galleries — one from our base operations and another from Wembley — alongside live studio operations at Wembley Stadium. Managing multiple productions simultaneously across different locations takes serious coordination, and the team once again delivered seamlessly.
The weekend concluded on Sunday with the National League Final, a dramatic and high-intensity match that more than lived up to the occasion. With multiple camera positions, live workflows, and constant coordination between crews, galleries, and production staff, it was another strong example of what can be achieved when every department works together under pressure.
A huge thank you to everyone involved across the weekend — from engineering and technical operations to camera crews, production staff, replay, audio, graphics, and everyone working behind the scenes. These productions only come together because of the dedication and professionalism of the entire team.
Weekends like this are demanding, but they are also a reminder of why we love what we do.
